Allergens and dietary requirements

Gift Vouchers
Our gift vouchers can only be used in the restaurant and cannot be used as form of payment to order products online.

Delivery and collection
When placing your order, you have the choice of courier delivery within M25 or collection from our store in Covent Garden.
Deliveries are made via our nominated courier company and usually expected to arrive between 4.00pm and 6.00pm on your chosen day of delivery.
Collections can be specified between 12.00pm to 5.00pm on Tuesday to Saturday.
Delivery costs are based on the distance from our shop and set by our nominated courier company.
We are unable to offer delivery beyond the M25.

Cancellations and changes to orders must be notified at least 24 hours before delivery by email to [email protected].

Damaged items
It’s important to us that all orders are delivered to our customers in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact [email protected] within 24 hrs of delivery.

In the event of missing items or incorrect orders we will endeavour to correct the error or where appropriate make a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence at [email protected]. We will use this to feedback to our courier company.
We recommend that you refrigerate your food orders immediately and consume within 2 days of the delivery day.
